We know that customizing your space is exciting. While the lease does not allow customizations, we have created this form so that certain things may be requested and reviewed so that your time at the Williamson and your space are exactly what you want!

Our main goal is to keep the common space looking uniform, and to keep your space and other spaces as soundproof as possible. Outside of that, we want you to love and take pride in your individual space and we want it to perform incredibly well for you.

Acoustically speaking, since our rooms are designed as a "one-size fits all" type of space, we know that certain customizations may need to be made in order for your room to sound incredible.

Please describe what you would like to do in as much detail as possible. For hanging, please provide method of attachment, size and approximate weight. Also include number of holes and size of holes that would be needed.

The more detail you are able to provide the better.

We will do our very best to accommodate all requests as long as it doesn't compromise the integrity of the soundproofing, or severely damage finishes.

As a reminder, anything that is done with out approval is a violation of your lease and will result in appropriate actions as defined in the lease. Certain requests may require an additional deposit, and things that cannot be put back the way they were when you took possession of the room could be subject to fees taken from your deposit at the end of your lease.
