Hey, let’s get you a studio!

Please be aware that we have multiple studios that are different sizes, different prices, and have different features. Often times studios with the highest demand (such as those at the lowest price point, or with a vocal booth) are not always immediately available.

This is not an application. This form simply lets us know that you are looking for a space! If we have rooms available, we'll reach out to schedule a tour! If we're fully leased, by filling out this form you'll be added to our list to get updates whenever we have studios become available!

  • Our property is 100% smoke free indoors. We have areas outside and on our rooftop that we allow smoking. We will have smoking rooms available in the middle of 2025. Please choose the type of room you would like.

  • We prefer a credit score above 620, but we can also consider applicants with strong proof of income through bank statements.
  • Our standard lease is 12 months. Based on market conditions we occasionally offer promotional lease terms (6 months, month-to-month, etc).
  • Our prices range from $1,850 to $3,200 per month. Rooms and pricing are subject to availability. If your budget is significantly below our minimum monthly rent, please do not submit this form.
